Forward your mobile calls to
Forwarding sends incoming calls to RingZen. Your mobile number, outgoing calls and texts stay with your carrier. Your carrier may charge for forwarded calls. RingZen needs an internet connection to ring in the app.

How to turn forwarding off
Then call your original mobile number from another phone and confirm it rings normally. Turning forwarding off does not cancel your RingZen subscription.

2. Let RingZen call you
We’ll call your verified mobile number below. Tap Test my phone, then lock your iPhone. Answer in RingZen and repeat the short phrase you hear. The test handles screening automatically and ends after the audio check.
This call check uses the mobile number you verified during signup.
This test always uses your text-verified number. No second phone or browser microphone is needed. Each automated call lasts at most two minutes; three test calls are available per day, with three minutes between attempts. Carrier calling charges may apply.
Twilio processes the short spoken phrase to check your microphone. RingZen saves the result, without saving a test recording or the recognized words.

The call didn’t reach RingZen
Check the forwarding destination above and the mobile line selected on a dual-SIM iPhone. Open RingZen and confirm your iPhone is the active receiver. Check Wi-Fi or mobile data, then try again.
If your carrier rejects forwarding, use its support instructions above. You can turn forwarding off to restore ordinary mobile calls while you resolve setup. Another carrier or an uncertain setup needs review before activation.
