- Turn off carrier call forwarding. Otherwise, calls to your mobile may keep going to a number you no longer control. View your saved forwarding instructions. On iPhone, supported carriers may use Settings → Apps → Phone → Call Forwarding → Off. Ask your carrier if your settings differ.
- Your RingZen service will stop. Your assigned RingZen number will be released and may later be assigned to someone else. You will lose access to your settings, call history and voicemail.
- Your subscription must end before deletion finishes. We’ll stop billing as part of closing your account. If a confirmation is needed, we’ll show you the next step. Account deletion uses immediate cancellation; it does not automatically issue a refund. For ordinary end-of-period cancellation while keeping the account, use billing management in your account.
