Your RingZen service

Clear plans.
Clear expectations.

RingZen is operated by Wallace Internet Properties Inc. These terms describe the paid service you choose on RingZen.app. Contact help@ringpass.app for account or billing help.

Plans and billing.

RingZen costs $12 monthly or $120 annually. RingZen Plus costs $18 monthly or $180 annually. RingZen Pro costs $24 monthly or $240 annually, in US dollars. Annual service is charged in full for the year. Your selected subscription renews automatically at the displayed price and billing interval until you cancel. There is no free trial.

All plans include screening, call history and your own VIP caller list. Plus adds voicemail with 30-day retention. Pro adds 90-day voicemail retention, search, callback reminders and optional transcripts and AI summaries. Voicemail recordings are limited to three minutes per message.

There are no monthly calling-minute allowances or per-minute RingZen overage charges. Pro analysis has no fixed monthly submission allowance; processing can be delayed during an outage. Carrier forwarding and mobile-data charges may still apply.

No refunds are offered, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling renewal does not refund the current paid period.

Cancel renewal or close your account.

To stop renewal, sign in on RingZen.app and choose Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period; your account shows the paid-through date. Turn carrier forwarding off before paid service ends. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or voicemail.

For permanent deletion, use Close your account. Confirm your identity and turn forwarding off first. Closure immediately cancels the owned RingZen subscription without another Stripe cancellation page, permanently releases the RingZen number and deletes service data after cleanup is acknowledged. Closure does not provide a refund. A released number may be reassigned and cannot be promised back.

If you return after cancellation, a new subscription is required once the previous subscription has ended. Your existing RingZen number is reused while it remains assigned. RingZen does not promise to recover a released number.

Paid service, renewal failures and your number.

Canceling renewal keeps your service and assigned RingZen number through the full monthly or annual period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, an existing paid customer has seven days from the original renewal collection attempt to resolve payment before screening stops. Retrying payment does not restart those seven days. Initial unpaid signups do not receive service through this grace policy.

The app and your account show payment or service-ending warnings and the deadline. A push alert may also be sent if you allowed notifications; delivery is not guaranteed. Update your payment through Manage billing to keep service. Turn off carrier call forwarding before service ends to restore normal phone behavior. RingZen cannot turn forwarding off for you.

After your paid term ends, or after the seven-day failed-renewal grace period expires, RingZen will automatically release its assigned number after ownership and billing checks. A released number may be assigned to someone else and cannot be promised back. Keep forwarding off when service has ended. Returning after release requires a new RingZen number and a fresh forwarding/activation check; payment does not reactivate a released number.

Ending service or releasing the RingZen number does not itself close your account or immediately erase stored voicemail. Existing retention periods still apply. Close your account to request permanent account/service data deletion.

Set up and use your service.

You need an iPhone running iOS 17 or later, an internet connection, and a supported US mobile line with carrier call forwarding. Guides cover AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile; support varies by carrier, plan, MVNO and dual-SIM line. Check compatibility before paying. Keep forwarding off until your RingZen number and app are ready, then complete the guided forwarding and call check.

RingZen does not replace cellular service and does not provide emergency calling, outgoing phone service, a customer SMS inbox or number porting. Make emergency and outgoing calls through your ordinary mobile service. Return calls from the app open the regular iPhone Phone app.

No screening service blocks every unwanted call. A legitimate caller unable to use the keypad may not reach you. VIP numbers skip the check; caller ID can be spoofed, so a VIP number match does not verify who is calling. iOS Focus, force-quitting, missing permissions or unavailable data can prevent ringing. Turn forwarding off to return calls directly to your carrier when RingZen is unavailable.

Voicemail and optional AI.

Only voicemail is recorded, after the caller greeting; answered conversations are not recorded by RingZen. Use the service only where you have permission and provide recording notices where required. Pro analysis is off by default and requires your explicit in-app choice. Only new eligible messages after you allow analysis are sent to Twilio and its AI providers, including OpenAI for summaries. Older messages are not backfilled.

You can turn analysis off at any time. This stops new requests; already submitted work may finish. Transcripts and summaries can be inaccurate. Keep access to the original recording until its deletion or retention deadline. See the privacy policy for data sharing, retention and deletion.

Account and support.

Keep your sign-in details secure and use only a mobile line and forwarding settings you are authorized to control. Do not use RingZen for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud or interference with another person’s service. Contact support for setup, billing, privacy or service problems. RingZen does not promise uninterrupted availability or emergency support.
